Our Mission
ACE Foundation is a non-profit organization founded by Milwaukee native Phil Calvert in 2019. Phil and the ACE Team are passionate about young people, and reaching them at an early age with the message that Attitude Changes Everything! Your attitude is one of the most powerful tools you’ll ever have, and it’s the key to helping you reach your goals!
We also know that it’s easier to dream big when you have practical help along the way. That’s why ACE Foundation’s landmark initiative is the P4Y (Passports for Youths) Sponsorship Program. Together with our generous donors and sponsors, we are committed to helping young people in middle and high school get their first passport. Nothing broadens your horizons more than being able to travel, and a passport is the first step towards a deeper respect and appreciation for others - That’s what the world needs!

We have big dreams of our own for the future of ACE Foundation. With help from our amazing donors and volunteers, we plan to grow beyond our P4Y Sponsorship Program, and begin to partner with local communities. New programs like Basketball Camps and After-school Tutoring are already on the drawing boards!
